PSEG operates a number of customer service centers throughout New Jersey and Long Island. Either part-time or full-time, in this position you’ll interface with customers by phone or in person at our walk in centers. Strong customer service and communication skills, as well as strong keyboarding skills are necessary. You must be a self-starter and be able to handle customer contacts in a pleasant and courteous manner. All candidates are required to take and pass a pre-employment skills test. This kind of work is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with customers.
