Job Summary

This opportunity is open to current PSEG employees only.

 

Directly supervise administrative functions in the 5 key areas of administration which include Storeroom, Billing, Records, Meter/Inspection and Departmental Support. Working knowledge of SAP P0 Systems in the areas of Payroll, Materials Management, Work Management , Billing (Sundry Sales/Accident Billing), Data Security, IPOWER and Training Records.

Job Responsibilities

Working knowledge of SAP P20 reporting in the areas of Human Resources, Materials Management, Budgeting and Work Management. Provide supervisory leadership to ensure administrative, human resources, SOX Auditing requirements, billing, and other support functions are being fulfilled effectively and in support of business objectives. Supervise support activities including inventories, records, reports and interpret/administer IBEW Electric and OPEIU collective bargaining agreements with represented personnel. Must foster an inclusive work environment and respects all aspects of diversity. Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices.
Maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls.
 As an employee of PSE&G, you should be aware that during storm/outage restoration efforts, you may be required to perform functions different from normal operations and your regular work schedule.  You may also be required to work in an alternate location.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors degree in Business/Management or minimum 7 years equivalent related Administrative /Clerical or business operations experience.
Strong communication  and leadership skills.
Extensive knowledge of Corporate policies, procedures and accounting practices.
Working knowledge of IPOWER, DWMS, GIS, ARIBA,Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP P20 & P00 modules.
Working knowledge of administrative procedures and SOX Auditing including journal entries. 

Must have a valid US drivers license and safe driving record.
