Job Summary
Functions as the owner of the Predefine Process per WC-AA-111 and ER-AA-210-1005 for implementing changes to surveillances, preventative maintenance, and equipment qualification tasks. This includes creation and deletion or deferral adjustments to due and overdue dates based on approved evaluations. Also administratively maintains control of the predefine database and ensures security measures are maintained to prevent inadvertent change to the SAP fields for surveillance, preventative, and equipment qualification tasks and that new orders are regenerated upon TECO of active orders IAW the SAP process.
Job Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of a Technical Specifications surveillance status report showing SAP scheduled surveillances, and PMs, which are approaching or past their due dates.
- Maintaining variants showing each Functional Location or Equipment Number that is part of a Technical Specification sample population and its associated Maintenance Item.
- Coordinates with the appropriate engineering group for sample population test scheduling and population expansion for failed testing as appropriate.
- Chairs the PM Optimization of low risk PMs.
- Supports the STI process as a qualified Quorum member for IDP. Initiates change documentation for Surveillance Test Interval (STI) changes approved for implementation IAW ER-AA-450 Implementation of the Technical Specification Surveillance Frequency Control Program (SFCP).
- Responds to Notifications and Orders assigned by Licensing for the purpose of implementing changes in conjunction with an approved T/S Amendment.
- PMOC and PHC Sub-committee quorum member.
- Responsible for outage transition planning for on-line ST and PM tasks. Acts for the Cycle Manager and/or Cycle Planner as required.
Job Specific Qualifications
REQUIRED:
BS Degree and/or equivalent education/experience including a minimum of 4 year experience in one or more of the following areas: Maintenance, Operations, Work management or Project Management. Knowledge of a Tech Specs, FSAR, ODCM, FP Tech Specs, NEIL, IST program management and EQ program. Must meet Nuclear’s requirements for Unescorted Plant Access.
DESIRED:
Previous Work Management experience. Current or previous SRO/RO license or certification. Working knowledge of the Primavera Project Planning tool. Previous supervisory experience.
