Job Summary

This position supports all talent management, leadership, and organization development goals and initiatives including development facilitation, leadership assessment management, metrics and data analytics, and tuition university and college partnerships.  This position requires a commitment to providing excellent internal and external customer/client experiences. 

Job Responsibilities

  • This position serves as an internal organizational development consultant responsible for facilitating team building training and workshops to internal enterprise teams, leadership development and 360 assessment coaching sessions, development and engagement initiatives.
  • Serves as project lead for PSEG University tuition partnerships with colleges and universities.  Research and identify contacts at respective schools, relationship building and managing, creation of PSEG and school landing pages, communication and marketing of PSEG University and tuition program, school showcases and student questions.
  • Identify and implement coaching and mentoring solutions (formal and informal) on individual, strategic and complex employee issues to assist in creating high organizational performance and deliver strong business results.
  • Serves as team lead for the following:  budget management, vendor management including existing and future vendors (contract management and negotiation).    
  • Serves as team lead for Talent, Learning & Organizational Development organization on metrics and data analytics for L&D Dashboard and Dow Jones Sustainability Index submissions. 

Job Specific Qualifications

  • BA/BS with 5 years experience; 10 years in lieu of degree

  • Ability to create and deliver executive level presentations
  • Highly collaborative and team player; strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, data analytics, project management and decision-making skills
  • Must be flexible to change and be a team player
  • Must possess a valid US driver's license
