Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary
The Business Analysis Team Leader will play a key strategic role in identifying opportunities to streamline processes across the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) Programs. The position resides in the Business Operations & Analysis group within the CES PMO and will be responsible for working closely with the CES program management teams.
The Business Analysis Team Leader will be managing the financial and reporting aspects of all CES programs, including the energy efficiency, electric vehicles and solar programs. The Business Analysis Team Leader will also lead the control environment for the CES Program process including the SOX controls design and testing program.
The position will provide functional reviews, support, and oversight of internal audits, and conduct targeted internal reviews to ensure ongoing compliance. The Business Analysis Team Leader will work closely with Accounting, Internal Audit, and external auditors in establishing and maintaining controls on financial reporting and fraud prevention. The Business Analysis Team Leader is expected to communicate with senior leadership regularly and represent the Manager of Business Operations & Analysis when necessary.
Job Responsibilities
•Manage and supervise the budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and analysis, for the CES Programs. Evaluate underlying assumptions and actual results to make informed, recommendations pertaining to CES Program’s financial position and direction.
•Lead the effort with Accounting, Rates, and Utility Finance in establishing and maintaining controls on financial reporting and cost recovery filings.
•Provide governance and oversight of PSE&G's Clean Energy Solutions’ financial reporting processes.
•Oversee functional reviews and provide support and oversight of internal audits. Conduct targeted internal reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
•Identify improvement opportunities across the CES programs based on process reviews, recommend and implement solutions.
Job Specific Qualifications
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related major
- 8 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or in a related area
- Demonstrated communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical capability and financial acumen
- Ability to function / analyze with limited information
- Understanding of control concepts and expectations of external auditors
- Knowledge of Utility budget and revenue process
- Must foster an inclusive work environment and respects all aspects of diversity
Desired:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with Renewables and Energy Efficiency programs
- Advance knowledge of SAP and Oracle
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
