This position will be responsible for deliverables related to succession planning; the management of the Director and above talent pool; executive development program and the program management of executive coaches. This position is also responsible for the budget creation and management for all programs associated with our executive development and this role.

 

Specific duties include:

  • This position is responsible for the overall management of the succession planning process inclusive of board deliverables; the training of our HR colleagues and business leaders on the purpose and process of the talent review process and ensuring that all information is handled discreetly as well as the creation and management of the overall talent management calendar. In partnership with our HRIS team, they will be responsible for enabling our Success Factors system to empower managers to utilize the system for talent reviews and replacement planning.
  • Responsibilities include the proactive management of the Director+ talent pool. Specifically, developing a process for the management of this talent pool to fill internal Director+ positions; participate on highly visible projects and ensure development plans are in place for each asset and that the development plans are relevant and executed upon in a timely and effective manner. This individual will be responsible for working in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team when necessary to fill Director+ positions.
  • This role is responsible for the design and delivery of executive development programs for all Directors+.  In addition, they are responsible for the budget creation, management and ensuring that the budget is properly managed.
  • Executive coaching program management is a component of this position. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the process and program design; coach selection approach and partner and budget management.
  • This position will also be responsible for setting the executive competency and assessment strategy and the identification of the use of assessments and in partnership with their Learning & Development peer, design and align competencies to curriculums, activities and key projects to ensure executive development.
  • The Encore program will also be a component of this position. Specifically, they will be responsible for the evaluation; analysis and implementation of this program and making it part of the on-going talent assessment process.

 

Required Skills, Competencies, Education and Experience:

 

  • BA/BS Degree in related field
  • Minimum 12 years related professional experience
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to determine results, findings and make recommendations
  • Intermediate to expert power point user who can easily create executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Highly collaborative and a good team player; is comfortable interfacing with executives
  • Strong vendor and budget management experience

 

Desired Skills, Competencies, Education and Experience:

 

  • Executive search and placement experience
  • Master's degree in related field or MBA
  • International Coach Federation Professional Coach Credential or certification is in process
  • Experience managing people
