Job Summary

This role is intended to support the interfaces and interconections required for MWMS Electric and Gas applications. MWMS is a critical business application requiring 24 * 7 support. Additionally, this resource will also design and build enhancements to the interfaces as new business requirements arise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the interfaces for MWMS Electric - bug fixes, support calls, storm preparation etc.
  • Small enhancements as business needs arise
  • Participate as an MWMS Interface SME in other project discussions to analyze impact on MWMS, assessing  design decisions ensuring no impact MWMS functionality
  • Platform related maintenance activities e.g. recycling credentials, addressing security vulnerabilities, renewing certificates, updating to new version of the platform, etc.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in developing solution leveraging MuleSoft platform and/or AWS API Gateway using APIs and web services technologies
  • Expert knowledge of MuleSoft platform capabilities and architecture with experience of administration and deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid)
  • Strong knowledge of API design patterns and programming standards
  • Desirable to have at least 1 MuleSoft technical certification
  • In depth experience in all aspects of agile software development lifecycle
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP is desirable. Experience with SAP XI/PI is highly desirable. 
  • Experience mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients while leading internal initiatives 
  • Technically savvy and proven experience in working well in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining strong relationship with stakeholders & teammates
  • Work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong ability to learn new business and technical concepts
