This position will be responsible for developing an integrated learning strategy for all individual contributors through managers. This role will also be responsible for the creation of learning paths for the above employee types as well as the creation and budget management for all programs and technology associated with our learning programs. This program will oversee the learning management system, learning reports and the data integrity of the employee training data.


Specific duties include:


  • Responsible for the overall development and management of the learning and development strategy, programs and processes for all employees. 
  • In partnership with the Manager of Succession Planning & Executive Development, design the competency framework for individual contributors through people managers.
  • Partner closely and collaborate with the Executive Development manager to ensure alignment with the executive development initiatives and programs.
  • Design the assessment approach, process and implementation plan for the use of assessments throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop a blended learning curriculum, utilizing multiple learning modalities; align curriculums to career pathways for individual contributors and managers with emphasis in the areas of personal leadership, people management, leadership development, career development, change leadership, collaboration and customer service.
  • Create and effectively manage the learning & development budget.
  • Oversee the learning management system administration, governance, processes, content and the data integrity of employee training and course activity data.
  • Provide training design and delivery support for an internal coaching program, new hire training, performance management and HR professional development.
  • Facilitate experiential workshops and training programs.


 Required Skills, Competencies, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
  • 5 years managing people
  • 3+ years with sales and customer service 
  • The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and the ability to determine results, findings and make recommendations.  They are an intermediate to expert power point user and can easily create executive level power point presentations.
  • Highly collaborative and a good team player; has strong facilitation skills and experience with vendor and budget management. Partner closely and collaborate with the Executive Development manager to ensure alignment with the executive development initiatives and programs.


Desired Skills, Competencies, Education and Experience:

  • Masters in a related field or MBA Preferred
  • International Professional Coach Credential (PCC) held and/or training/certification is in process
  • Experience with customer experience training
