Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary
This role focuses on the delivery and refinement of digital products. This role involves strategic product planning, feature execution, and managing technology systems for business operations. Responsibilities extend to coordinating with IT groups for troubleshooting and system enhancements, leading system installations, upgrades, and maintaining system operations. The leader is also responsible for guiding the technology teams, fostering innovation, and driving automation to enhance support for end users. This position emphasizes a strong commitment to developing team capabilities and promoting an agile work environment to optimize business outcomes.
This role embodies leadership and organizational influence, defining long-term technology strategies and leading major system enhancements. They oversee the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, maintaining and enhancing competitive advantage. As a senior liaison among executive management, stakeholders, and external partners, senior managers ensure alignment with corporate objectives. They lead senior managers or department heads, promoting an agile, results-driven culture, and evaluating team structures to ensure peak performance. Senior managers are responsible for substantial budgets across multiple departments, focusing on strategic financial planning and long-term investments in technology to drive business growth and sustainability.
Responsible for leading and managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of collaboration technologies within the organization. This role involves overseeing a team of experts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership in Technology Vision and Organizational Strategy: Set and communicate the long-term technology strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and market trends to ensure competitive advantage
- Enterprise System Management: Oversee enterprise wide technology frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all IT systems and applications
- Expert Troubleshooting and Crisis Management: Direct senior level troubleshooting and crisis management efforts, ensuring high availability and continuous improvement of critical systems
- Governance and Policy Setting for User Management: Establish and govern comprehensive policies for user and access management to enhance security and operational efficiency at an organizational level
- Strategic Vendor and Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors and service providers to secure advantageous terms and foster long-term partnerships
- Leadership in Talent Strategy and Executive Development: Spearhead strategy, focusing on leadership development and succession planning to ensure the organization's future leadership pipeline
- Transformational Strategic Initiatives: Lead transformational initiatives that leverage technology to drive business transformation, improving efficiency, customer experience, and market position
Job Specific Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study with at least 10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, at least 14 years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical knowledge of collaboration tools and technologies, such as Micorosft 365, AWS, CISCO etc.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
