Responsible for the design, development, implementation and administration of all PSEG compensation programs for non-union employees.   Oversee the effective management of the organizations salary management, short and long-term incentive programs, job descriptions and evaluations and benchmarking/market pricings.  Responsible for plan design and governance of programs to maintain competitive positioning in the marketplace.


Duties include:

  • Develop, maintain and oversee market pricing of salaries, incentives, and related practices for all non-union positions.
  • Oversee, revise, maintain, and provide governance of compensation related guidelines, policies, and practices.
  • Research, visualize, conceptualize and recommend different programs, policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of compensation trends to assure the organization is compliant and competitive.



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8-10 years of related professional experience
  • Thorough understanding of compensation programs
  • Project management – ability to multitask and lead cross functional projects
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)



  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Master’s Degree
